THE TIMELINE

• Please reach out at least a week or more before you'd like to start sales

• Purchasing will be open for up to 2 weeks on our website (your own page with a direct link to share!)

• Allow 1 week for processing & creation after sales close before projects are ready for pick up

THE DETAILS

• These will all be take & make kits - not a workshop and not finished painted projects! Paint & supplies will be included to match the sample photos or agreed upon colour palette.

       (You are welcome to host your own 'workshop' or get together to paint the kits together with your group as you like after pick up!) 

• Choose up to 5 Creative Kits from the selection of 150+ designs on our website - and/or create 1 custom option to fit with your team sport or event theme. (Does not include Craft Night in a Box or any sale items) 

• We will create a listing specifically for your fundraiser on our website with the chosen options - share your link and supporters can purchase online during the 2 week sale period 

• The more you sell, the more you can earn! Sell up to $100 (before tax) and keep 10% // sell up to $250 (before tax) and keep 15% // sell over $250 (before tax) and keep 20% 

• ​Kits will be ready for pickup at our shop in Belmont 1 week after sales end - you must coordinate one person to pick up all fundraising kits in one bundle and then handle distribution on your end 

• You must be able to provide a receipt for donation amount from your group or organization prior to pickup - funds earned will be sent via e-transfer once receipt is received
