​ Is shipping included?

• Yes, if you wish! Choose the "Mail" subscription plan for $58 CAD (paid 4 times per year) which includes shipping anywhere in Canada. Outside of Canada? Send us an email and we'll see what we can do! 

What if I'm local to Nova Scotia? 

• The "Local" subscription plan for $40 CAD (paid 4 times per year) does not include shipping or delivery - we'll send you a notification when your kits are ready for pickup at our workshop in Belmont, Nova Scotia, Canada (near Truro) 

What do I do after I join the subscription?

• After you complete your sign up watch for an email from us (check your junk mail!) This email will have the link to our private Facebook group, the password to our website video archive, and other important information about being in the group.

Can I sign up at any time?

• Yes! Your first payment will be taken out automatically when you sign up, and then your next instalments will fall in order on the dates below depending on when you start.

When will my quarterly payment process?

• Payments process automatically on March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, December 1st until you cancel your subscription (see below). 

When do kits ship/when will they be ready for pickup?

• Kits will be ready for pickup and shipping between the 8th and 15th of March, June, and September, and the first week of January. 

Can I pick my own colours of paint? 

• There are no customizations - each kit will come with a specially selected set of colours that we choose to match the seasons 2 unique projects. Feel free to get creative by mixing colours or adding more of your own at home! Any regular acrylic paint will work just fine (craft or house paint). 

Can I see the 2 projects ahead of time? 

• No, part of the fun of the Creative Club is that this is a mystery subscription and we won't be showing the designs until they ship! We'll be curating two extra special designs for each season that we think our members will love. If you'd like an idea of what sort of designs we make, browse through our website or check out our socials @countryroadsrusticdecor 

When is the virtual paint night live? 

• We will post the date and time for the live paint party in the Facebook group and put details in your box! They will be around the end of March, June, and September, and mid-January. You're welcome to paint your kits ahead of time or wait and join the group fun on the video - but we recommend joining anyway for access to exclusive tips and giveaways during the live show! 

If I miss the virtual paint night, can I watch a replay?

• Yes, all of our videos are available to watch inside the members only Facebook group for replay any time, as well as on a members only page on our website which will include an archive with videos of all past exclusive designs. 

Can I cancel my membership once I have signed up?

• You can cancel anytime! Just email us more than 15 days in advance of the next payment date. (Your first payment will take place upon subscription, then the next three instalments in order on March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, December 1st until cancelled)

What happens if I don’t request a cancellation more than 15 days in advance?

• We plan and pack our kits and supplies weeks in advance. Any changes requested within the 15 day limit will be applied to your account for the next seasonal box - for example, if you request a cancellation on February 25th, your March 1st payment will still process and your March kit will still be shipped or ready for pickup, and your cancellation will be put into effect so you will not pay for or receive the June box. 

Will I still have access to the member group and video replays after I cancel my membership?

• If you cancel your membership you will be removed from the group within one month. 

How and when can I use my coupon codes?

• You will be given a coupon code in each seasonal box to use on our website! The coupons will be good for an exclusive members discount on a one time purchase of one (1) creative kit, and expire 3 months after the shipping/pickup date. 

How do I get early access for events and workshops?

• We will be sending out information leading up to any events and workshops that have club member early access! Any earlybird tickets for workshops and ladies nights, VIP lines at events, or special offers of any kind will be for club members only, one ticket/perk per person - sorry, but you can't sign up a friend if they are not already a club member as well. We understand you might want to attend events together and we can't guarantee tickets available after the pre-sale - but this is the best way we think we can keep things fair and exclusive for club members!

Creative Community kits and memberships are non-refundable for any reason. Please see the cancellation policy above if you need to cancel for any reason.
