Technique tips to create the 'aged' house look: 
Grey #5 was applied all over the background lightly with a damp baby wipe, then Mustard #30 painted on the window areas
Black #1 applied very lightly with a large brush and dry brush technique over the whole house, both characters and windows to create the aged effect, and also applied with a baby wipe on the roof and window frames.
Scuff up the whole project with sandpaper, most focus on the edges, and moving in different directions to create the 'banged up' look of a weathered house
